Scheldeoord is a child-friendly family campsite with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, plenty of entertainment for children, and the Schelde beach right next door.

You can find us on the sea dike of the Westerschelde: a peaceful location, but with plenty to do and experience — both on the campsite and at the little beach. The surrounding area also offers countless possibilities for fun outings and beautiful walking and cycling routes along the many dikes.

Discover the (Wester)Schelde!

Scheldeoord is located right on the sea dyke of the Westerschelde!
You only have to walk off the campsite and you’re already on the dyke, with the Scheldt beach (Scheldestrandje) at your feet. Here, you immediately get that true holiday feeling.

It’s peaceful here, yet there’s surprisingly much to do! For children, it’s one big natural playground. You can also go fishing, mudflat hiking, walking, cycling, or simply enjoy the beautiful view over the Westerschelde.

Currently, the campground is closed. Friday, March 27, we will reopen for a new season.
Until then, we are present and accessible:on Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 16:00.
